Albacutya wins swimming carnival
Rainbow P-12 College’s Swimming Carnival was a day filled with energy, teamwork and house spirit.

Despite the hot conditions, students showed great resilience and gave their very best in every event.
The school said it was wonderful to see so many students challenging themselves, supporting one another and demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day, and congratulated all students for their effort and positive attitude while thanking the staff and volunteers who helped make the day such a success.
Champion students were named across five age groups, with Logan Webb and Poppy Gould recognised in the 5-8 years, Xavier Hollamby and Elodie Robinson in the 9-10 years, Hendrix Clugston and Kaija Pettigrew in the 11-12 years, Edi Stasinowsky and Inara Petschel in the 13-15 years, and Parker Gould and Addison Fisher in the 16-18 years.
The Stan Gould Most Outstanding Performance award went to Addison Fisher.
Albacutya was announced as the winning house with 1316 points, ahead of Hindmarsh on 1130.
The school also thanked Rochelle Clugston for her support with the junior swimming program and expressed appreciation to the other parents who helped, saying their assistance was truly appreciated.
