Bridal fashions through the decades
For people looking for something inspirational and beautiful to do this Sunday, afternoon, there is no better place to head than Rainbow.

A Fashion Parade of Bridal Dresses through the last century, beginning from the 1900s up to today, will be held at the Southern Mallee Cooperative Parish Church, King Street, Rainbow, this Sunday, October 5, at 2pm.
Dresses will be worn by School students and other models and will feature Bridal Frocks worn by local women or sourced through local contacts.
It promises to be a variety of different styles, fabrics and even colours as we walk through Bridal Fashions.
Initiated and organised by Pam Clugston over the year, Pam is excited to be able to offer this opportunity to the community. “I think it will be a wonderful day,” says Ms Clugston.
“And I look forward to the response of those who come.
“It is great to source local models and garments.”
Anyone wanting tickets can collect them from Pam at Kaye’s Kollection.
With tickets at $10 and a High Tea to follow the Parade, it is a cheap afternoon’s entertainment and a stroll down memory lane.
Tickets will also be available at the door.
